1. Experience
Experience of role transitions within a company or between companies. Reached senior manager level or above in a major blue-chip company and/or equivalent senior level at top tier consultancy. Ability to demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
2. Skill
Ability to deliver highly structured consulting sessions adhering to the first100assist™ methodology. A coaching qualification is preferred.
3. Will
A client-centred working philosophy, ethos and commitment.
4. Fit
Possesses the qualities, values and behaviours associated with the First100 brand.
